French tennis player Richard Gasquet will not take part in the first “major” of the season – the Australian Open. The reason for this was the inflammation that occurred in Richard after the injury he received in October of the outgoing year, reports L’Equipe. Note that Gasquet plans to return to the Tour at the competition in Montpellier, which will be held from 3 to 10 February.
