Belarus Victoria Azarenka reached the final of the tournament in Monterrey.
Thus, Victoria became the finalist of the competition for the first time after the birth of her son Leo. We also note that the last time Azarenka defeated an opponent from the Top 5 in March 2016 at a tournament in Miami.
