Russian tennis player Karen Khachanov complained about damaged luggage on a flight from Los Angeles to Miami of American Airlines.
“Excellent service from American Airlines on the way from Los Angeles to Miami. Fortunately, I did not leave my rackets in it, as they requested,” Khachanov wrote in her microblog on Twitter, putting a photo of a torn travel bag.
“Oh no, please make sure that you write a formal complaint before leaving the airport,” the company representatives responded.
“Of course, I did it. But they told me that I would not be able to receive compensation if I did not provide checks for all the damaged things,” the tennis player replied. Airline representatives promised to take care of everything.
