Austrian Dominic Thiem intends to compete in Lyon, which will be held from 19 to 25 May.
He will defend last year’s champion title. In addition to Thiem in Lyon will play the champion of 2017, Frenchman Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, Czech Tomas Berdych and American John Isner.
